01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vmw55 ("vmw55," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the vmw55 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at vmw55.com and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of vmw55 services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the vmw55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vmw55 Login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must notify vmw55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• vmw55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

vmw55 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where vmw55 reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

vmw55 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. vmw55 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• vmw55 targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary due to network conditions or verification requirements.
• vmw55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by vmw55's anti-money laundering systems.
• Funds deposited into your vmw55 account do not accrue interest.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

vmw55 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• vmw55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Loyalty points earned through the vmw55 loyalty program are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly redeemed in accordance with the loyalty program terms.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the vmw55 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. vmw55 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, vmw55 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. vmw55 reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by a technical error. The decision of vmw55 in such matters is final.

• Bets placed and accepted by the vmw55 system are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player after acceptance.
• vmw55 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vmw55 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the vmw55 Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vmw55 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void and subject to forfeiture.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the vmw55 Platform, including but not limited to the vmw55 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of vmw55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vmw55 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any vmw55 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any vmw55 content;
• Use any vmw55 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorized use of vmw55 intellectual property may result in legal action. vmw55 reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vmw55 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vmw55 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond vmw55's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, vmw55's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall vmw55's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vmw55 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processing requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. vmw55 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
